REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Digital Products are FINAL SALE due to instant download once product is purchased. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once orders are placed and completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. Please make sure you select your proper size before completing your order. We have a sizing chart available and size suggestions with the material as well. To ensure the reduction of fraudulent orders, Shipping and Billing information must MATCH or your order will be cancelled. 
    
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from shipping time. Processing can take up to 5 days depending on a number of factors. Standard orders can take up to 5 days processing. Expedited orders can take up to 2 days processing not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. But most orders are processed within 24 hours of order verification. If you order during a big sale date(s), please allow additional processing time for your order to be shipped.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre order items mean that the item is not yet in stock but on the way and will be shipped to you once it is in stock. We offer this so you have an opportunity to buy before it sells out again! Processing time on pre orders generally take 1-3 weeks this excludes shipping time. If you need the item right away pre order is not for you please select a item that is available (any item that does not say pre order is ready to ship).

Most packages are shipped via USPS ground transportation. Some packages may be shipped through DHL or Fedex if available.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received during the time frames we advertise: 
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY INCLUDING ALL RELEVANT AND/OR REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE FINALIZING THE ORDER. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS INCLUDES CORRECT ABBREVIATIONS, STREET NUMBERS, BULIDINGS OR APARTMENT NUMBERS AND ROUTE INFORMATION (IF APPLICABLE). THE BADDIE UNIVERSE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS INPUT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN OR INCORRECT DELIEVERED SHIPMENTS. 
   
Please be advised that some orders are shipped with signature required to ensure accurate delivery.
  
A tracking number will be sent to the email address (or SMS number) provided during checkout. Once the order is in the possession of the shipping company (USPS, DHL, FedEx) and status changed to shipped, you will be able to track your order. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours once shipped. If you have any concerns or questions once your package is shipped, please contact the shipping company. Once orders are shipped, The Baddie Universe will not have any control in the shipping process. All questions about lost items, delayed or missing items must be directed to the shipping company. 
    
Worldwide / International shipping is available. Shipping estimates are available during checkout. International shipping is approximately 7-21 days. 
  Shipping may take longer than usual when ordering during major sales. Please allow up to 14 days for processing and shipping as we are working very hard to get orders completed quickly. 
 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

The Baddie Universe does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from thebaddieuniverse.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

   

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our Clients , The Baddie Universe reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

 

Additionally, The Baddie Universe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

 

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
